Free for small users
You may use these assets for free, in any project — personal or commercial — if you are a small user: an individual, or an organization that, together with its affiliates, has all of:
- fewer than 100 people,
- under US $1,000,000 in annual gross revenue, and
- under US $1,000,000 in total outside funding raised.
As a small user you may:
- Use the assets in any project, including commercial games you sell.
- Modify, remix, and combine them with your own work.
- Ship them inside your game or app, on any platform, forever.
No attribution required. A link back to ohao.tech/niua is appreciated, never demanded.
Studios & enterprises
If you cross any of those thresholds, you have the resources to support the work — a commercial license is required before you use these assets. Reach out at [email protected] and we’ll sort it quickly.
Both tiers — please don’t
- Resell or redistribute the assets on their own — as an asset pack, on an asset marketplace, or a standalone download. Use them in your work; don’t repackage them as the product.
- Imply NIUA endorses or is affiliated with your project.
